By credit card:

Date invoiced by the card company varies according to the terms and conditions set by each credit company.



Payment in advance:
We will arrange to dispatch products as soon as the online credit card payment at the time of ordering has been approved.



Required Fees, Postage, and Consumption Tax, etc. in Addition to Payment for Products
• Customers are responsible for postage.
• Postage varies depending on the destination and weight of the parcel. The cost of postage is displayed on the order confirmation screen.
• Customers are responsible for any tax payments when import duties or consumption taxes are incurred in the receiving country.



Terms for Returning Products
• After products are delivered, returns and exchanges (limited, as a general rule, to unopened items) are only accepted if we are contacted within seven days of delivery of the products.
• We do not accept order cancellations, returns or exchanges for the following products:
1) Products opened or used
2) Products scratched or damaged or stained by customers
3) Products without all their accessories, including packaging (bag/case)
4) Products made-to-order and customized
5) Products clearly described as being unreturnable on the product outline page

• The Company shall bear the cost of returning or exchanging products if products are clearly defective or are wrongly delivered.
• Customers shall bear the cost of returning or exchanging products due to their own circumstances.
• Products returned due to refusing to pay import duties or consumption tax are deemed to be products returned due to the customer’s circumstances and customers shall be responsible for paying to return products.
Payment for products shall be returned via the customer’s credit card company at the time products are delivered to us.



Terms for Returning Defective Products
• Email us within seven days of accepting delivery. Shoyeido bears the cost of returning products due to Company reasons such as defective products.
